High School Team Camp

Utah Tech Girls High School Team Camp, hosted by Utah Tech University, will offer an immersive and high-energy experience designed to enhance the skills of players at all levels. Participants will receive  coaching from Utah Tech’s soccer staff and players, focusing on technical skills and tactical understanding. The camp will feature one team training lead by Utah Tech Womens Soccer Staff, and competitive match play to help athletes improve their game and build confidence. Additionally, campers will gain valuable insight into the collegiate soccer experience, as they interact with current players and coaches. A positive learning environment, team bonding opportunities, and a commitment to player development will ensure each camper leaves with enhanced soccer abilities and a deeper passion for the sport. 

Includes: 3x Games, 1 Training Session w UT Coaching Staff, College Panel for both Players and Coaches, Shirt Included

July 8th - 10th, 2026

Any and all females, grades 9th - 12th

Before March 1, 2026: $276.00 per Player ($260.00 + $16.00 Fee)
On or after March 1, 2026: $302.50 per Player ($285.00 + $17.50 Fee)

Refund Policy: If you cancel your registration there will be no refund. We will offer a one-time transfer to a future camp, but will not refund the cost difference if there is one. If the camp you are transferring into has a higher cost than what you paid for the previously registered camp, the remaining balance due must be paid to complete the transfer. Once you have used your one-time camp transfer, no additional transfers or refunds are possible.

Tentative Schedule (Subject to change)

  • Day 1: Wednesday 
    • 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Arrival and Registration 
      • Check-in, receive camp materials (schedule, t-shirt, water bottle, etc.), and team assignments. 
      • Icebreaker activities to help players get to know each other. 
    • 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: First Training Session
      • Focus: Basic skills (dribbling, passing, ball control). 
      •  Dividing players into skill groups for targeted training. 
    • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Lunch & Rest Period
      • Healthy lunch, rest, and time for players to relax or socialize. 
    • 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Team Activity: Trust-Building & Communication Games
      • Non-soccer team-building exercises: trust falls, human knot, and problem-solving challenges. 
      • Focus on communication and teamwork. 
    • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Coaches Social w/ Utah Tech Staff 
    • 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Dinner & Free Time
      • A relaxed dinner and downtime to socialize or rest. 
    • 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Evening Scrimmages
  • Day 2: Thursday – Advanced Skills, Tactical Focus, and Team Play 
    • 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Advanced Training Session w/ Utah Tech Staff
      • Focus: Position-specific drills (defenders, midfielders, forwards). 
      • Small group drills for players to refine technical and positional skills. 
    • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Lunch & Rest Period 
    • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Tactical Discussion
      •  Focus: Analyzing footage from earlier scrimmages or professional games to review tactics and positioning. 
      •  Team strategy discussion to prepare for upcoming games. 
    • 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Team Activity: Leadership & Problem-Solving Challenges
      • A series of group activities like escape rooms or obstacle courses to build leadership and decision-making skills. 
    • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Health Performance Center Pool Party 
    • 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Dinner & Free Time 
    • 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening Tournament or Friendly Matches
      • Teams compete in a small-sided tournament or a round-robin format with short matches. 
      • Coaches provide in-game feedback and discuss team performance. 
    • 9:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Group Discussion & Team Reflection
      • Coaches and players reflect on the day’s events and share takeaways. 
      • Encourage open dialogue on leadership, teamwork, and individual progress. 
  • Day 3: Friday – Final Matches, Evaluation, and Farewell 
    • 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Final Scrimmage/Competitive Matches
      • Competitive 7v7 or 9v9 matches based on earlier teams. 
      • Coaches evaluate player progress and give final feedback. 
    • 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Lunch & Rest Period
      • A final camp lunch to relax and reflect before the closing activities. 
    • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Team Activity: Camp Reflection and Farewell Event
      • A final team-building activity, like a camp-wide relay race or a team challenge. 
      • Reflection on the lessons learned during the camp and feedback from coaches. 
    • 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Final Goodbyes & Departure
      • Players say their goodbyes, exchange contact information, and head home after a successful camp experience.
